Internal and External Stakeholders

Internal Stakeholders:

  • Students: The most fundamental stakeholder of the program and the center of the education process.
  • Academic Staff: Instructors who carry out education-training activities, conduct research, and guide students.
  • Administrative Staff: Personnel who carry out the administrative processes of the department and provide support services.
  • University Management: Senior management units that make strategic decisions and determine corporate goals.

External Stakeholders:

  • Alumni: Our representatives in the sector and former students who provide feedback on the development of the program.
  • Health Institutions (Hospitals): Public and private hospitals where students receive internship and practical training, and where graduates are employed.
  • Prosthetics and Orthotics Application Centers/Workshops: Private centers that are the direct application field of the sector and with which technical cooperation is made.
  • Sector Representatives and Supplier Companies: Commercial organizations that provide prosthetic-orthotic materials and technologies and through which we follow sectoral developments.
  • Non-Governmental Organizations and Professional Organizations: Associations (e.g., OPODER) and foundations that support professional solidarity and development.
  • Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and Ministry of Health: Competent public authorities determining education and professional regulations.
