
Izmir Tınaztepe University Procurement and Warehouse Unit operates in accordance with the “Foundation Higher Education Institutions Tender Regulation” published in the Official Gazette dated November 16, 2018, No. 30597, and operates within the framework of the “Izmir Tınaztepe University Tender Regulation” dated August 15, 2021, numbered 31569.
This unit is responsible for organizing tenders for all purchases and sales of goods and services required by the university, as well as for construction, real estate purchases and sales, leasing, renting, bartering, and establishing limited real rights. It also fully implements the purchase of goods and services to be made within the scope of funds provided by public institutions and organizations and international organizations for research and development projects.
The Procurement and Warehouse Unit keeps records of the entry and exit of all materials, such as goods, supplies, machinery, equipment, and hardware, purchased from the Rectorate and other sources, ensures their safekeeping, and carries out the procedures of accountability, write-off, transfer, and distribution to ensure that the materials are delivered to the relevant units.
