
Administrative Affairs Unit – İzmir Tınaztepe University
The Administrative Affairs Unit of İzmir Tınaztepe University is committed to ensuring the efficient and effective execution of services and operations within the institution by optimizing the use of human, financial, and physical resources. In line with this objective, the primary responsibilities of the unit include:
- Overseeing and ensuring the implementation of cleaning services across all university departments; preparing and monitoring monthly duty rosters that define the roles, locations, and schedules of security personnel.
 - Coordinating the delivery and distribution of procured equipment, tools, materials, and machinery to relevant departments.
 - Managing cleaning operations, landscaping, and other related services.
 - Performing the irrigation and maintenance of trees, lawns, and green spaces.
 - Executing civil defense, safety, and environmental control activities.
 - Providing transportation and logistics services.
 - Facilitating the transfer of official documents from university departments to relevant institutions and authorities.
 - Administering all operational procedures related to university vehicles, including inspections, maintenance and repairs, fuel supply, insurance processing, license plate registration, and compulsory traffic insurance; preparing driver assignment documentation and managing travel reimbursements.
 - Regulating student access to campus via the card entry system and overseeing the proper use of associated parking facilities.
 - Ensuring the provision of environmental cleaning and sanitation services.
 - Delivering essential support services in coordination with other university units to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of educational activities.
 - Responding to requests related to seminars, meetings, and events held in conference halls, laboratories, and classrooms.
 - Managing transportation and organizational logistics for official ceremonies and events.
 - Fulfilling additional duties as assigned by the Rectorate and the Office of the Secretary General.
