
The Information Technologies Department of İzmir Tınaztepe University ensures the university’s IT infrastructure remains secure, sustainable, and up to date, enabling the uninterrupted progress of academic and administrative operations. Within this scope, our primary responsibilities include maintaining the security of information systems in compliance with laws and standards, ensuring the sustainability of the systems in use, and providing an infrastructure that aligns with technological advancements.
The department is responsible for ensuring the efficient and uninterrupted operation of systems, managing the effective use of IT assets, and planning IT investments according to institutional needs. By making the best use of technological resources, we aim to strengthen the university’s digital infrastructure and deliver fast, effective solutions through the support of our personnel and equipment. To ensure the efficiency of these processes, we work in close cooperation with academic and administrative units.
The Information Technologies Department aims to provide secure, transparent, and efficient information services, to keep the technological infrastructure up to date, and to maximize the satisfaction of students, academic staff, and administrative personnel. Additionally, in line with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), we are committed to ensuring data security and continuing our efforts to become a leading department at the national level. The department operates with a forward-thinking and strategic approach to not only meet but also anticipate the university’s IT needs.
