Purpose 1: To train qualified graduates with high practical skills

 

Objective 1.1. To ensure that students integrate their theoretical knowledge with clinical practical skills.

P.G.1. Number of students with a success rate above 85% in clinical practice courses.

P.G.2. Percentage of students receiving a “successful” grade in internship evaluations.

 

Objective 1.2. To increase the employment rate of graduates in dialysis centers.

P.G.1. Percentage of graduates employed within 6 months of graduation.

Purpose 2: To train healthcare professionals who value ethical principles, teamwork, and patient safety.

 

Objective 2.1: To develop students' awareness of ethical principles and patient rights.

P.G.1. Success rate in measurement activities on ethical principles and patient safety

Objective 2.2: To support interdisciplinary communication and teamwork skills.

Purpose 3: To train individuals who are innovative and open to continuous learning in dialysis technologies.   

 

 

Objective 3.1: To increase students' skills in recognizing and using current dialysis technologies.

P.G.2. Providing the opportunity to practice at different institutions through rotation in clinical practice

 

 

Objective 3.2: To encourage a culture of lifelong learning among graduates.

P.G.1. Percentage of graduates participating in professional development training after graduation

Purpose 4: To educate individuals who serve the community and have high social awareness

Objective 4.1: To organize activities that will increase awareness of kidney health and dialysis in the community.
