Department of Restorative Dentistry deals with the diagnosis and treatment of caries, tooth wear, discoloration and structural hard tissue anomalies that occur in adults for different reasons, using the most up-to-date information, materials and technology. Caries-preventive and minimally invasive approaches in adult patients, composite and glass ionomer fillings, direct/indirect composite and porcelain aesthetic restorations in the anterior or posterior region, restorative and aesthetic holistic approaches in cases of tooth fractures or trauma, vital in-office or home bleaching, devital bleaching, dentine hypersensitivity treatment, restorative and preventive treatments in geriatric and oncology patients are within the scope of the Department of Restorative Dentistry. It is essential for us to keep the patient satisfaction at the maximum level while restoring the forms and functions of the teeth and enhancing their aesthetics.
Last but not least, our main goal is to train dentists who always consider preventive and minimally invasive dentistry as a basis, transfer this awareness to the society, and able to perform restorative applications appropriately, by using the most up-to-date materials and technology, together with our well-equipped training staff.
