About Our Center

İzmir Tınaztepe University Healthy Living Center 

It was established in 2023 on the İzmir Tınaztepe University campus. 

The purposes of the center are as follows:

• To evaluate cases referred or applying to the center due to issues requiring services in speech, language, swallowing disorders, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, occupational therapy, and audiology; to organize therapy programs individually or in groups; to implement these programs to provide the needed support; and, depending on the characteristics of the cases, to provide consultation to the individual or their relatives about their issues, 
• To conduct research to assess the effectiveness of the services and implementation programs provided, 
• To create practice opportunities and give consultation to therapists working in the fields of speech, language, swallowing, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, occupational therapy, and audiological disorders or therapies, as well as to researchers and undergraduate/graduate students training in these areas.
